Audited attributes

When the Has Audit property is set to true for a given Transaction, by default all attributes of the underlying table are audited. Exceptions to this rule are:

  • Only attributes whose data type is in the following list are audited.
    • Boolean
    • Character
    • VarChar
    • LongVarChar
    • Date
    • DateTime
    • Numeric
  • Audit not referenced attributes preference
    If set to No, attributes in the underlying table buy not in the audited Transaction structure are NOT audited.
     
  • Audit Attribute property
    If set to No, the attribute value is not audited.
