This folder is located inside the KB's folder. It is used to store the output for some processes, as the output window's contents are lost when the IDE is closed.
To access it easily you may use the "Explore Knowledgebase Directory" in the "Tools" menu inside the GX IDE and find the OutputLogs folder inside the opened folder.
