Updating K2BTools Licenses to K2BTools 16

To update your licenses to K2BTools 16, please note the following:

Active Maintenance Required:
Your company must have an active annual maintenance contract in order to update your K2BTools licenses. The maintenance contract covers access to new software versions and technical support. If your maintenance has expired or is not active, you will not be able to update your licenses. Please contact our sales team if you need to renew your maintenance.

Manual Update Process:
The license update process requires manual intervention and should be conducted during working hours. Please note that there may be a short waiting period for license delivery.

Scheduling the Update:
You can schedule a version update by sending an email to support@k2btools.com. Please include the time when the licenses will be uninstalled and requested, and wait for confirmation from our team.
