How to install K2BTools on GXServer

In order to install K2BTools in GXServer you must follow these steps depending on the GeneXus version you are using.

K2BTools -GXServer installation GX15/GX16/GX17/GX18

Since K2BTools for GX15 there is a K2BTools setup for GXServer.

  1. Run K2BTools for GXServer setup and set as destination directory the GeneXusServer instance folder.
  2. Restart the GeneXus Server instance application pool.

or

  1. Use the zip file that can be downloaded from K2BTools DownloadCenter, unblock the zip file (the same procedure of the zip in the ide) and copy the files contained in the zip to the root directory of the GeneXusService instance.

K2BTools - GXServer installation from GXEv1 to GXEv3

  1. Run K2BTools setup and set as destination directory the BinGeneXus folder inside GeneXusServer instance.
  2. Restart the GeneXus Server instance application pool.

Note: The versions of K2BTools used in GXSErver and IDE must be the same.
