This property lets the developer decide if an audit record is generated or not when an update operation does not change any of the Audited attributes' value.
A developer may want to generate an "unchanged" audit record if, for example, the table contains attributes that are not audited due to its data type. The unchanged audit record tells when, who, etc. may have changed the non audited attributes.
