These features are based on the Collaboration Module. Because of this, the module must be installed before using them. See more information in Installing the notifications and Collaboration module.
In order to use the user comments or the entity instance event subscription, the Entity Manager layout must support those features.
Layouts included in K2BTools 12.1 or later include this support by default.
If using layouts from previous versions, the following components must be added:
- An Image with control name "Image_Subscription".
- An Image with control name "Image_Comments".
- A section with control name "CommentsSection".
- A web component with control name "InstanceCommentsComponent".
- (Optional) An image with control name "CloseComments".
To decide where to place those elements, we recommend seeing the default layouts.
