K2BAudit 7.0 Release notes

K2B Audit 7.0, released on february 15, 2020, adds some features and bug fixes.

New features

• Impact audit triggers generates the code required to implement changes in K2B Audit definitions
  This is a major change in the audit triggers development cycle and deployment. Specially for large applications.

K2B Audit can now keep audit triggers up to date automatically. Make a change to K2B Audit definitions, execute Impact audit triggers menu option or build (anything) and changes are analyzed and applied. No need to remember, no longer need to wait for a full create.

• Analyze changes in K2B Audit definitions from 'A' to 'B', available in the GeneXus View/Versions tool window, generates the code required to implement changes between both versions.
  Analyze and deploy the audit triggers reorganization process between any versions of your application easily.
• K2B Audit Analyzer objects are now translated to spanish and portuguese
• The K2B Audit SQL Scripts directory can now be changed at run time to easy application deployment.

Improvements

• K2B Audit log conversion provides detailed messages to help analyze conversion issues
• Create audit triggers command does no longer save objects that where generated but did not change
  Saves time and commit requirements.

Fixes

• K2B Audit Analyzer menu is not showing
• Missing icons in some K2B Audit Analyzer menu options
• SQL error 4080 in Oracle when trying to remove trigger that does not exist

Multiple instances of K2BAudit for GX17 ?

You can download the files, and copy them, in the GeneXus root directory or the GeneXusServer/BinGeneXus instance. After that perform a GeneXus.exe /install in the command line in case of a IDE installation, or restart application pool in case of installing in GXServer.
