This message appears in the preview window, when the window is open but no node was selected for the preview to be shown. For this purpose there is a show preview action located in all nodes that generates objects (ex: WorkWith node and Entity Manager node in K2BEntityServices pattern, WebFormNode in WebPanelDesigner, Prompt node in Prompt pattern, etc)
